Does Big Night Out use an Agent? We are working with an Agent already.Yes, we are proud to be associated with Sterling Talent,
a full service agency with offices in Portland and Seattle.
If you have an agent, direct them to our site and then ask
them to contact Becky Johnson, at Sterling Talent.
Becky will work with them (courtesy to agents) to get the
show that you want, and one that's within your budget. -
We are planning our Wedding; is this an appropriate band to perform?The answer is Absolutely!
Big Night Out can provide dinner music, a duo or trio,
whatever you would like, or if you prefer we can provide
your music through our sound system.
We provide our sound and lighting system, however
if sound and lights are provided by you then the cost
is less.
We will work with you to meet any special requests for
song material, or to integrate family members into our
SHOW if that's what you want. Bringing family and friends
on stage is good with us- hey it's your Wedding, and we
want to make it as customized for you as we possibly can! -
We've heard stories about bands arriving late, not prepared.Great question: With all the planning and details of your event,
the last thing you want to worry about is the entertainment.
Here's our pattern and practice with every client:
Before your Event/Party:
We pay attention to details for every client's function. We contact you early,
offer to meet, stay in touch, and we're working behind the scenes with your
facility and other vendors to be sure everything goes smoothly. We do a site
survey, meeting with your facilities coordinator, and walk through the venue
to be sure all questions are answered. We organize our load-in time to work
with other vendors, and to be sure we are there in plenty of time to set up our
equipment, allow for any necessary adjustments, and cap it with an on-site
sound check to be sure everything is operating optimally.
During Your Event:
We check in with you, or your planner, organizer, onsite contact, to see if we
can help in any way. We offer our sound equipment to you should you have
announcements, or awards to present (we can be on-stage and add some
stingers if you like).
Client List:
You are welcome to contact our agency, or any past clients for references.
We are frequently re-booked after events for follow up/reoccurring events
and that's the highest compliment the band can receive. We listen, we
bring it, and we get asked back!
